Darlene Joy Coleman

Darlene Joy Coleman, age 87 passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019 at her home in Kent, WA. She was born January 15, 1932 in Seattle, Washington to the late Eugene and Ella Jane Winter Kessler. She was married to James Coleman who preceded her in death in 2011. Darlene was a homemaker who loved her family and her friends. Survivors include her children Diane (Floyd) Monen, Doug Coleman, Gary (Donna) Coleman, Colleen (George) Bias, Chuck (Marilyn) Coleman; 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Darlene was preceded in death by her children Robert, Tommy, and James. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 1:00pm at Edline-Yahn & Covington Funeral Chapel, 27721 156th Avenue SE, Kent. Private interment was held at Hillcrest Burial Park, Kent.
