Devoted husband, father and grandfather passed away at The Weatherly At Lake Meridian, Kent, WA, at the age of 91.
Born to Col. Harold J. and Blanche L. (Wachendorf) Baum in Seattle, Peter grew up in the Magnolia area. He fondly remembered family trips to Spokane, hunting for arrowheads along the Columbia, and raising prize-winning Scottish Terriers with his Dad.
A Garfield High graduate, Peter served in the US Army in Berlin during the end of WWII.
Peter married Judith Lindquist on February 16, 1963. He built the family home in S.Seattle, where they raised their two children and resided until 2016.
Peter retired from the Boeing Co. after 38 years. He had great times with friends and family enjoying camping, fishing, bowling and golf.
Peter was predeceased by his parents and sister, Beverly. He is survived by his wife Judith, daughter Susan (Doug) Goods, son Michael, and grandsons Devin and Derek Goods.

The family will have a private gathering; at Peter's request, no service.
